    We all have physical health, and we all have mental health. We tackle the stigma around talking about mental health, and explore some of the more common mental health challenges that we face in schools today.

Workshop Structure

Our workshops are highly practical and experiential, designed to engage participants and deliver clear, actionable outcomes. Tailored to meet the needs of your school community, our workshops are built to create lasting impact.

  • For Young People: 90-minute sessions that foster real conversations and skill-building. Available for Primary, Middle, and Secondary school-age students.

  • For Parents: Companion workshops that align with what children learn, ensuring a shared understanding at home.

  • For Teachers: Flexible workshops to equip educators with tools to navigate these topics, available in person or online.
