Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental health issues affect 1 in 4 people every year, yet stigma and lack of understanding often prevent individuals from seeking help. MHFA training bridges this gap by providing practical tools and strategies to create safer, more supportive environments where everyone can thrive.

For Schools

Schools are more than places of learning; they are communities. When educators, staff, and parents are equipped to support mental health, young people thrive.

By offering Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, your school demonstrates a proactive commitment to student well-being. Research shows that MHFA significantly improves mental health literacy, helping participants recognise early warning signs and respond with confidence, empathy, and clarity.

Whether you're looking to raise awareness or empower leaders with deeper skills, we offer MHFA qualifications tailored to the school environment.

For Parents & Care-givers

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training helps you recognise when your child (or any young person) is struggling, and shows you how to respond with calm, care, and confidence.

This isn’t therapy. It’s practical, evidence-based guidance to help you support your child through everyday challenges and bigger conversations alike.

Our specialised MHFA for Youth course is designed for parents and care-givers: relatable, supportive, and empowering. Because when families understand mental health, children thrive.

Our Approach

Based in Germany, we are certified by Nuco Training in the UK, an accredited provider of the internationally recognised Mental Health First Aid program. This program was originally developed by Mental Health First Aid Australia, the organisation that pioneered this global movement in mental health education.

Our training is grounded in current research and best practices, ensuring sessions that are not only informative but also engaging, interactive, and practical. We use real-life scenarios and provide tools participants can immediately apply.

Training is also available in German, and French.
